First time? The intro class will teach you the basics.

The bouldering 101 class is designed to give first time climbers the skills to come in and use the facility safely, and make the first steps in their climbing ability. Topics covered are: basic safety, terminology and grades, climbing tips and technique, and more!

Technique Clinic

Take your climbing to the next level.

The technique clinic is designed for climbers moving into the 3-4 range, and who want to learn some more advance skills to push their climbing further. Unlike the Intro class, there will be more emphasis on specific climbing techniques, and less on safety, terminology, etc..

Ladies Circuit

Climbing instruction tailored specifically toward women

Climbing instruction that is personalized to each participant with a focus on technique, power, and methods of training to improve strength. This class provides a community for women to feel confidant and gain strength.

Strength Training for Bouldering

Learn how to train safely and effectively

Designed for people looking to begin supplementing their climbing with specific training techniques to improve strength and power. This class is tailored to the specific training goals of each participant. Class will cover the safe use of a campus board and finger board, how to effectively warm up and cool down, climbing related calisthenics, and more. Whether you want increase your endurance on the wall, or get more powerful, this class will help you achieve your goals.
