What is Bouldering?
There's no rope!!
Bouldering is a type of rock climbing that is done without ropes, on shorter walls ranging from 10-14' high with padded floors underneath. Bouldering is done inside and outside, and has become a great way for newer climbers to explore the world of rock climbing in a gym setting without having to own any special gear or know how to tie a fancy knot. All you need is a pair of climbing shoes and a chalk bag
(it helps with grip).
