Focus Fitness

Focus Fitness is a strength and conditioning program geared towards the mastery of basic lifts and bodyweight movements. Every workout is a full-body workout, but every month is dedicated to a certain focus, i.e. pull-ups, L-hangs, deadlifts, etc. By having a focus each month, people see more gains, increase their mobility, and experience less plateauing. This program is great for beginners, climbers looking to get stronger, or fitness enthusiasts looking for something new.

About the Instructor:

Coach Raphe is a NASM certified coach with experience in powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, and elderly fitness programming. He has 15+ years of experience in the weightroom and he is passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals.
